Job summary

Genpact Ltd. Hyderabad seeks a Front Line Manager for F&A - AP to lead a large AP team and ensure SLA adherence. You will drive day-to-day invoicing, audits, and close timelines while collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues. Strong stakeholder management and governance participation are essential.

You will mentor the team, support metrics reporting, and own key projects, including AI-driven process optimizations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master’s in finance is a plus and certifications in AP are desirable.
• Experience leading accounts payable teams and interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Review day-to-day AP activities, invoicing, audits and requests.
• Manage close timelines and coordinate with business accounting teams.
• Engage and align with internal/external stakeholders and governance calls.
• Drive metrics reporting and lead people development within the team.
• Participate in projects and execute AI-enabled process improvements.
