Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial operations, melting shop preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily Steel Melting Shop 2 operations to ensure smooth melting.
• Monitor furnace performance and melting parameters to meet quality targets.
• Enforce strict safety protocols for all shop floor personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Analyze process data to identify efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Train and mentor junior staff on procedures, safety, and quality control.
• Ensure environmental compliance and waste management as per policy.
• Coordinate with QC to address deviations or defects.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for management.
• Participate in continuous improvement and best practice development.
