Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engg or related field.
• 3–7 years in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial melting shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor furnace performance to meet quality and schedules.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of steel melting processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate shop floor activities effectively.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the Steel Melting Shop 2 to ensure smooth and efficient melting processes.
