Job summary

Thought41 is seeking a frontend developer in Bengaluru to own and deliver high-quality UI features. You will work with React, Next.js, and React Native to transform Figma designs into responsive interfaces, build reusable components, and strengthen the frontend design system.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to deliver data-heavy user experiences, write tests, and optimize performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals and strong hands-on React
• Experience with Next.js and modern frontend architecture
• REST APIs and frontend–backend integration; good understanding of state management
• Strong HTML, CSS and responsive design; good grasp of frontend performance optimization
• Strong Git and code-review practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and an ownership mindset — able to deliver features independently
