Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies (Hiring for a client) in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build scalable web applications using ReactJS. You will design reusable UI components and implement robust frontend features.

Collaborate with backend teams, ensure performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility, and contribute to code reviews, testing, and frontend architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend/web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development practices.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming, promises, closures, and modern language features.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and semantic markup.
• Strong knowledge of CSS3, responsive design, layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful Web APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.
• Experience with browser developer tools, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows.
• Strong understanding of web application security, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployment.
• Understanding of frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
