Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies is seeking a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of hands-on React.js experience in Hyderabad. This lead-track, hands-on role involves feature ownership, code reviews, and mentoring 13 developers/interns while delivering production-ready web apps.

You will build responsive UIs with React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, convert designs from Figma, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to ensure robust frontend delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production experience with React.js.
• Strong TypeScript skills.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox and Grid.
• Experience with Redux/Zustand/React Query.
• REST API integration.
• Git and PR workflow knowledge.
• Hands-on production deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing other developers.
• Experience with AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible UIs from React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Convert Figma designs into reusable components.
• Own production deployments, debugging, monitoring, and rollbacks.
• Mentor 1-3 junior developers/interns and lead frontend work.
• Review PRs and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
• Use Git, CI/CD, and deployment platforms (Vercel/Netlify/AWS).
• Write and maintain tests with Jest and React Testing Library.

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of hands-on React.js experience to build and ship production-ready web applications. This is a lead-track, hands-on role involving feature ownership, code reviews, mentoring 13 developers/interns, and frontend delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible UIs using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Convert Figma designs into reusable, pixel-accurate components.
• Work with Redux Toolkit / Zustand / React Query and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Use Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools responsibly.
• Own production deployments, debugging, monitoring, and rollbacks.
• Work with Git, CI/CD, Vercel/Netlify/AWS/Docker/Kubernetes.
• Write and maintain tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Review PRs, maintain coding standards, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor 1-3 junior developers/interns and act as the frontend technical owner for the pod.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
