Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and manage integrated systems of people, materials, equipment, and process to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance in seal manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement process plans for new parts, line balancing, and WIP reduction across stages.
• Execute capacity modelling for bottlenecks, standardize setups and cycle times, and perform ROI analyses for new investments.
• Lead Kaizen events, SMED implementations, and OEE tracking on key machines to improve throughput.
• Instill 5S and safety practices; perform scrap/rework analysis and drive automation solutions for high-volume products.
• Oversee SPC and statistical analysis for critical dimensions; prepare PFMEA and process flow documents.
• Manage factory consumables and tools with Kanban systems and optimized safety stock levels.
