Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a payroll professional to manage monthly payroll changes across countries with strict adherence to policy and approvals.

The role requires experience in French payroll, SAP and advanced Excel, and the ability to work independently within an international, matrix environment. You will respond to employee payroll queries and handle tax payments in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of French payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll vendors is a plus.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handling payroll data.
• Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or update payroll changes for employee pay across countries on a monthly basis according to policy and approvals.
• Prepare the monthly payroll for approval.
• Respond to employees and business queries regarding payroll.
• Prepare and submit tax and third party payments.
• Participate in basic testing for payroll regulatory changes.

Job description

• Prepare and/or update the various changes for the employee pay affecting payroll (bank details update, bonuses, absences, etc.) for different countries on a monthly basis according to company policy and proper approval level.
• Prepare the monthly payroll for approval.
• Respond to employees and business queries.
• Prepare and submit tax and third party payments.
• Participate to basic testing for Payroll regulatory changes.

• Must have an experience of French payroll processing.
• Additional experience with payroll vendors would be a plus.
