WillWare Technologies seeks an experienced FreeSWITCH Developer (C/C++ & SIP Engineer) for onsite roles across India. Key locations include Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and Bhubaneshwar. 5–8 years of hands-on C, C++, SIP, and FreeSWITCH expertise required, with WebRTC familiarity.

The role involves dialplan/module development, CCaaS integration, ACD configuration, and ensuring call quality and monitoring. A BE/BTech in CS/EC/Telecom or equivalent is preferred.

Job Description :

Desired Competencies (Technical Competency)

Good-to-Have Asterisk or other similar tool expereince

Certifications Required Education : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications, or equivalent

SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1 Must have:

• FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)


• free switch with C or C++ dev programming


• WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)


• SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)


• Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks).


• Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues.


• Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features.
