Cap Talent HR in Chennai is seeking a skilled VoIP/Software Developer with strong experience in telephony platforms, backend development, and real-time communications. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud telephony, contact center, dialer, and communication platforms using FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel, and WebRTC.

- Experience in VoIP and contact center applications.
- Strong knowledge of telephony platforms and realtime communications.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications.
- Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers.
- Build WebRTC-based voice calling applications.
- Develop backend services using Laravel PHP.
- Design SIP call flows, dial plans, IVR, and routing logic.
- Integrate third-party APIs and telecom providers.
- Troubleshoot call quality, SIP, RTP, and server-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure.
