Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced VoIP/FreeSWITCH specialist for multiple Indian locations, including Bengaluru. You will work on dialplan, modules, and integrations with CCaaS stacks to ensure robust SIP-based telephony, WebRTC signaling, and call center features.

The role requires hands-on FreeSWITCH implementation, SIP knowledge, and experience with ACD and queue management. Collaboration across teams, incident response, and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)
• WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)
• SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)
• Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks)
• Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues
• Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features
