Paid Video Editing Opportunity | Work From Anywhere | National Impact Project

TheRSETI E-learning AI Platform (REAP) is a large-scale national initiative aimed at strengthening skill development and financial inclusion by creating high-quality, multilingual digital learning content. The platform supports 64 certified vocational courses delivered across 600 Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) nationwide.

The project is implemented by IIT Madras, with support from NABARD, and in close collaboration with NAR – the National Academy of RUDSETI and the Ministry of Rural Development.

To support this mission, we are inviting applications from experienced and creative Video Editors to work with us on a project-based / freelance basis.

About the Project

REAP develops bite‑size, video‑based educational content that complements classroom teaching at RSETIs and is also made available to learners via an AI‑powered e‑learning platform.

Each course curriculum is expert‑vetted, digitally structured, and designed to enhance practical skills, employability, and livelihood outcomes for rural youth across India.

Scope of Work

• Editing structured educational and vocational training videos
• Enhancing raw footage with appropriate images, infographics, text overlays, and basic graphics
• Ensuring audio clarity, visual consistency, and clear instructional flow
• Incorporating feedback and revisions to meet defined quality standards

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Prior experience in educational, training, or informational content editing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to timelines
