Job summary

The DP Tours is seeking an experienced tour leader to guide and supervise groups on multi-day itineraries in India. You will ensure safe travel, smooth logistics and engaging experiences for travelers.

Ideal candidates have led at least four trips with a reputed travel company, strong destination knowledge (Himalayas, Rajasthan, NE India), excellent communication, and a proactive, physically fit approach. Trek or first-aid experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading group trips.
• Should have led a minimum of 4 trips with a reputed travel company.
• Strong destination knowledge (Himalayas, Rajasthan, NE India, etc.).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Trek/first-aid experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage groups confidently.
• Execute itinerary and coordinate logistics on time.
• Conduct safety briefings and handle emergencies.
• Engage travellers with activities and local insights.
• Coordinate with the operations team.
• Manage ATLs and ensure smooth teamwork.
• Resolve on-ground issues and maintain traveller satisfaction.
