Job description

We’re looking for motivated freelance recruiters / hiring specialists to support our ongoing recruitment needs on a flexible, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through free and paid channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions provided by us
• Conduct initial telephonic screening (if required)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets regularly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other free hiring platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Laptop/PC & stable internet connection

Engagement Details

• Type: Freelance / Project-based (Remote)
• Work Hours: Flexible (Monday – Saturday)
• Compensation: Fixed fee or per successful closure (discussed during onboarding)
