Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and MIS roles, preferably in Pharma/FMCG/CPG.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, capable of handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from various sources and perform regular/ad-hoc analyses.
• Create and manage sales reports and dashboards as required.
• Conduct in-depth analyses by account/category/brand/region.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking to engage with a Junior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from various sales and marketing data sources and run regular and ad-hoc analyses.
• Create and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards as required by the Organisation Channel lead.
• Run in-depth Account/category/brand/SKU/region/city analyses as needed by the Organisation Channel lead

Customer Insights

• Perform account/Doctor/Outlet-wise analysis to identify areas of improvement

Operational Efficiency

• Manage the master data in the systems
• The Consultant should be able to handle large data sets and have Good knowledge of Advance Excel.

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience in Data analysis and MIS role preferably in a Pharma/FMCG/CPG organisation.
• Should be well-versed with Excel and should be able to handle large data sets
• Knowledge of Powerpoint, PowerBi and SQL.
