Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra is seeking a Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through store setup, ensuring timely launches and customer connects.

The role requires 1–4 years in pharma sales, strong field experience, travel readiness, and ability to work with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors. This is a full-time position with office hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of field sales experience in pharma.
• Graduate degree (B.Pharm/D.Pharm/B.Sc) preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Role Overview

• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
