Angel One is seeking a Cluster Manager (Acquisition & Retention) to drive onboarding and growth with sub-brokers, franchises, IFAs and channel partners across Agra and Varanasi. You will work closely with partners to scale activities, ensure retention, and maximize transactions while expanding the client base.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree and excels in relationship-building, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service during both pre- and post-sales interactions.

• Graduate with willingness to work in field sales and partner management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

What you will do:

• Acquisition of preferably existing & potential new Sub-broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners
• Handhold & work closely with the Sub broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners to ensure scale up, retention & transactions while ensuring addition of new clients through various initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of pre sales and post service
• Identify opportunities in line with business objectives & work towards meeting them
