Job summary

Angel One in Mangalore is seeking a Cluster Wealth Manager to build and manage a network of Sub-brokers and IFAs, focusing on wealth products and insurance solutions.

You will drive acquisition, engagement, and performance against LI, GI, HI targets, while delivering exceptional service to partners and ensuring monthly SB programs and SIP triggers. The role rewards a proactive, target-driven mindset and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Should have good communication and convincing skills.
• Should be from Broking Insurance industry with relevant experience.
• Should be open to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Outgoing personality, you are confident when interacting with people of higher seniority.
• Willing to take initiative and ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Acquire potential new Sub-broker / Partner for Insurance.
• Ensure 90% of Sub-brokers (SB & IFA) are active every month.
• Work on Inactive SBs to make them active.
• Advise Sub-brokers clients on investment ideas based on risk profile, return expectations, asset allocation, liquidity needs, etc.
• Responsible for delivering Insurance (LI, GI & HI) targets.
• Conduct SB engagement programs every month.
• Manage 90% SIP Registered to Triggered ratio.
• Ensure 100% service delivery to assigned partners.
