Job summary

Accelon Consulting in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced finance professional to support budget owners, track spend using SAP and Adaptive Insights, and lead monthly/quarterly management reporting for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with FBPS and HR to monitor headcount, own quarter-end activities, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements through ad-hoc analyses and new models.

Qualifications

• - 6-7 years of overall experience; 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• - BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
• - Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and managing spend.
• - Strong aptitude and expertise with desktop applications including spreadsheets, word processing, database and presentation software.
• - Excellent skills in communicating, listening, planning, and organizing.
• - Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• - High attention to detail.
• - Self-starter mentality.
• - Strong professionalism and communication skills to proactively partner with key stakeholders.
• - MBA, CPA, or CMA.
• - Experience with SAP, Adaptive Insights, and Anaplan.
• - Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Python, AI tools.
• - Experience with BPC, Business Objects, Workday Adaptive or any equivalent tool.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance teams to support budget owners in analyzing areas for potential spend savings and recommending solutions.
• Utilize SAP and Adaptive Insights to track, manage, and report all spend (OPEX and COGS) forecasts to ensure forecast versus actuals are accurate and stakeholders are aware of any risks or opportunities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks, and communicating key messages to senior leadership.
• Work closely with FBPS and HR to track headcount including to-be-hired activity and provide ad-hoc financial analyses for fixed costs.
• Own quarter-end activities including preparing and submitting cross-charges and accruals as well as being the primary liaison with Corporate Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and programs.
• Lead special projects including building new models/templates, revamping existing processes, and ad-hoc analyses that arise as the business changes.
