Job summary

Visdum is seeking an AI-first Visual Designer to build a modern visual language from scratch. You will transform complex sales compensation logic into elegant visuals and develop a motion-centric content engine.

You’ll own the visual identity across blogs, social channels, and video libraries, collaborating with writers and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, branded stories using cutting-edge AI tools.

Qualifications

• Freshers or designers with <2 years of professional experience.
• Strong portfolio of experimental or internship work that demonstrates high-quality taste.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers and collaborate with writers.

• Visual Curation & QA: Ensure every asset feels intentional, cohesive, and Visdum-branded.

Visdum is building the system of record for sales commissions - a problem that sits at the intersection of finance, sales, and data.
But here is the reality: Most B2B SaaS design still looks templated, slow, and forgettable. We are looking to change that. We are looking for an AI-First Visual Designer who will define how a modern B2B brand should look, move, and communicate in an AI-native world.This is not a “make things look good” role.This is a build a visual system from scratch role.

You will:

• Turn complex financial logic into clear, elegant visual stories
• Build a motion-first, AI-powered content engine
• Define a distinct visual identity that stands out in a sea of generic SaaS design
• Brand Visual Ownership: Own the aesthetic direction and execution of all visual assets across our technical blog, social channels, and video library. You will ensure complex data is translated into elegant, functional design.
• Motion & Video Systems: Lead our transition into motion by creating high-fidelity explainer videos and micro-animations using AI video tools, ensuring they clarify complex sales compensation logic for our audience.
• Creative Partnership: Collaborate with the Content team to translate technical briefs into visual metaphors. You will consult on information architecture- deciding whether a concept is best served by a systematic diagram (Napkin AI) or a dynamic motion piece.
• R&D & Workflow Innovation: Actively research and integrate emerging AI design tools (NotebookLM, Google Stitch, Napkin AI, Claude Design, etc.) to optimize our production velocity without compromising on craft.
• Visual Curation & QA: Apply rigorous design thinking to curate and refine AI outputs. You are the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring every asset feels intentional, cohesive, and "Visdum."

Experience

Freshers or designers with less than 2 year of professional experience. We value a strong portfolio of experimental or internship work that demonstrates high-quality taste.

AI-Native Workflow

A deep interest in or mastery of tools like Midjourney, Runway, Claude Artifacts, or Napkin AI to drive professional-grade output.

Design Fundamentals

A rock-solid understanding of typography, grid systems, and hierarchy. You must have the "eye" to spot what’s wrong with a generated image and the skill to fix it.

Communication

Ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers and collaborate with writers to build a cohesive story.

Resourcefulness

A self-starter attitude. You don’t need a manual; you enjoy being the first to figure out how to use a new tool to improve the brand.
