Role Overview

We are looking for a highly imaginative Visualizer who lives and breathes creative visualization. The ideal candidate can translate ideas, concepts, and narratives into compelling static creatives and AI‑powered videos, while confidently leveraging AI tools to accelerate and elevate creative output. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality static creatives for digital platforms (social media, ads, brand campaigns, presentations, etc.).
• Lead creative visualization from concept to execution, translating briefs into visually striking outcomes.
• Conceptualize and create AI-generated visuals and videos aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Use AI tools to ideate, prototype, enhance, and produce visuals efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI tools and generative visual techniques.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong foundation in visual design and creative thinking.
• Proven experience creating static creatives (digital ads, banners, social posts, key visuals).
• Solid understanding of AI‑based creative tools.
• Experience or hands‑on exposure to AI video creation tools (prompt‑based or animation‑assisted).
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to visualize abstract ideas and convert them into compelling visuals.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on brand campaigns or performance marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering for better AI outputs.
• Basic knowledge of storytelling and narrative‑driven visuals.
• Experience working in fast‑paced creative or agency environments.
• Experience of 7‑8 yrs within E‑Commerce domain.
