You're a versatile designer who seamlessly bridges graphic design and web design, creating compelling visual experiences across digital touchpoints. You understand that great design balances aesthetic excellence with measurable business impact. You're a visual storyteller who elevates messaging through thoughtful design, and you've built a strong portfolio demonstrating work across B2B marketing, web experiences, and digital campaigns.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and bring both creative vision and execution excellence to every project.

This role reports to our VP of Creative and is remote-based anywhere in India.

What You\'ll Do

Marketing Design

• Design high-impact marketing collateral including case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, eBooks, presentation decks, and sales enablement materials
• Create engaging social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital ad creatives
• Develop visual assets for thought leadership content, blogs, and landing pages
• Design infographics and data visualizations that make complex information accessible

Web Design

• Design responsive, conversion-focused landing pages and website pages
• Create mobile-first web experiences with attention to UX best practices
• Design email templates optimized for deliverability and engagement
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design vision is implemented accurately

Brand and Creative Development

• Maintain and evolve Aviso\'s visual brand identity across all touchpoints
• Partner with content and video teams to develop cohesive visual narratives

What You Bring

Required

• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic/web designer, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or marketing agencies serving tech clients
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and digital campaign work
• Expert proficiency in Figma for both design and prototyping
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of web design principles, accessibility standards, and conversion optimization
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

Preferred

• Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of Framer for web design and prototyping
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code
• Experience with motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms and email design best practices
• Experience designing for AI or enterprise software products
