What we're looking for:

• 2-5 years experience in product design, UI/UX, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in video creation
• Full-stack design skills - Figma wizardry, basic motion graphics, can create compelling demo videos
• Ownership mentality - You're employee #5, first designer. Everything visual is your responsibility.
• You uses AI as your enabler
• You've designed SaaS products or developer tools
• You can turn complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
• You want to build something that changes how enterprises use AI
