What we need from you:

• Take our rough edges and turn them into flow
• Build product journeys that make sense and feel good
• Make the experience smoother than our users expect
• Work with PMs and devs who are figuring things out just like you are
• Be the one who says: “This screen? Nah. Let’s rethink it.”

What you’ll work on:

• The real stuff: onboarding, profile setup, job discovery, mentoring, upskilling - our users’ daily life
• Making sure the UI doesn’t just look good but feels like it knows the user
• Tidying up our Figma files (there’s a system, but it’s had a wild ride)
• Owning the full design experience for web + mobile (yes, both)
• Giving form to a brand that’s already resonating but still finding its skin

Who you are:

• You’ve got 2–5 years of building B2C product design (not just client decks)
• You care about clarity, not just coolness
• You’ve used design systems and broken them when it made sense
• You give feedback. You take feedback. You grow fast.
• You see the connection between what a user feels and what the screen does
