Job summary

confidential is seeking a Founding Designer to own the visual and UX layer of an early‑stage B2B AI platform in Hyderabad. You will be the sole designer in the founding team, reporting to the CEO, and comfortable with a broad remit from motion graphics to enterprise dashboards.

You will design governance and management consoles, create motion explainers, and shape brand visuals for landing pages, decks, and social content.

Qualifications

• Solid UX fundamentals: Information architecture, interaction design, and component libraries.
• Portfolio-driven: Applications with no portfolio or examples created from scratch will not be reviewed.
• Experience in UX design and motion graphics is essential for leading both product and brand visuals.

Responsibilities

• Product Design: Build and iterate the UI/UX for governance and management console as we expand AI product pillars.
• Motion & Explainer Work: Design and animate motion graphics that explain enterprise AI concepts simply and credibly.
• Brand & Marketing: Own visuals for landing pages, pitch decks, and LinkedIn content to build our enterprise AI brand.

About The Role

We are looking for a Founding Designer to own the visual and UX layer of an early‑stage B2B AI platform. You will be the sole designer in our early‑stage team, reporting directly to the CEO. You need to be comfortable with a wide range of work, from animating motion‑graphic explainers to designing enterprise‑grade management dashboards.

What You Will Own

• Product Design: Build and iterate on the UI/UX for our governance and management console as we expand our AI product pillars.
• Motion & Explainer Work: Design and animate high‑quality motion graphics that explain complex enterprise AI concepts simply and credibly.
• Brand & Marketing: Own all visual outputslanding pages, pitch deck visuals, and LinkedIn content that builds our brand in the enterprise AI space.

What We Are Looking For

• 35 years of experience in UX design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Figma (product/marketing), After Effects (motion/animation), and Illustrator.
• Solid UX fundamentals: Information architecture, interaction design, and component libraries.
• Self‑starter: You need to be able to work independently, proactively, and without hand‑holding.
• Portfolio‑driven: Applications without a portfolio or examples of work created from scratch will not be reviewed.
