Role Overview
FoxClub is looking for an experienced Developmental Pediatrician to join as the Founding Clinical Advisor for our upcoming Developmental Centre with Special Needs Daycare at the Wipro Development Centre. This is an opportunity for a senior clinical professional to work alongside FoxClub as a founding clinical partner and help establish the clinical framework, multidisciplinary approach and quality standards of a new developmental centre. The Clinical Advisor will provide professional guidance, clinical oversight and support for complex developmental cases while working collaboratively with our ABA, Speech & Language, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention and Developmental Daycare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance on the overall developmental and clinical framework of the centre.
- Support the development of appropriate clinical protocols, processes and referral pathways.
- Participate in periodic clinical reviews of children with developmental and learning needs.
- Provide guidance on developmental concerns, intervention priorities and appropriate next steps.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions involving ABA, Speech & Language, Special Education, Occupational Therapy and other professionals.
- Provide clinical inputs into individualised intervention planning where required.
- Guide the multidisciplinary team on appropriate escalation and referral for medical or specialist evaluation.
- Support the team in maintaining a child-centred, ethical and evidence-informed approach.
- Participate in periodic clinical review meetings and multidisciplinary case conferences.
- Provide guidance on complex developmental and neurodevelopmental cases.
- Support the development of clinical documentation, review processes and quality standards.
- Guide the leadership team on the development and expansion of developmental and therapeutic services.
- Support the establishment of the clinical identity and standards of the FoxClub THRIVE Development Centre.
- Contribute to the development of parent guidance and counselling approaches where clinically appropriate.
- Support the team in building coordinated care pathways across developmental, therapeutic and educational services.
Skills Required
- MBBS with postgraduate qualification in Developmental Pediatrics / Pediatrics from a recognised institution.
- Relevant professional registration/licensing as applicable.
- Strong experience in Developmental Pediatrics and child development.
- Extensive experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties and other neurodevelopmental needs.
- Strong understanding of early intervention and developmental support.
- Experience working with or alongside multidisciplinary intervention teams.
- Strong clinical assessment, case review and developmental guidance skills.
- Excellent parent-counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to guide and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and therapy professionals.
- Strong understanding of developmental and neurodevelopmental intervention pathways.
- Ability to provide appropriate clinical oversight, escalation and referral guidance.
- Strong ethical, evidence-informed and child-centred approach to clinical practice.
- Interest in developing clinical systems, protocols and quality standards for a new developmental centre.
- Collaborative, thoughtful, compassionate and leadership-oriented approach.
- Interest in contributing as a founding clinical partner and helping shape the long-term clinical direction of FoxClub THRIVE.
