Job summary

FoxClub is seeking an experienced Applied Behaviour Analyst (ABA) to join THRIVE – Inclusive Learning & Development. You will provide structured, individualised ABA interventions for children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays, focusing on learning, communication, independence and daily life skills.

The role requires a warm, patient, child-centred approach and collaboration with educators, therapists and families to ensure carry-over of strategies at home and school.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Behaviour Science or a related field.
  • Formal training or certification in ABA.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with children, preferably in an early intervention or developmental setting.
  • Experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental delays.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural principles and evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Ability to collect, interpret and use behavioural data to guide intervention.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patient, compassionate and child-centred approach.
  • Experience with Early Intervention, Autism Intervention, Functional Behaviour Assessment, DTT, NET, Verbal Behaviour, Functional Communication Training or Parent Training is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioural observations and identify individual learning and behavioural needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised ABA intervention plans.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions.
  • Work on communication, social, adaptive, learning-readiness and functional skills.
  • Implement evidence-based behaviour support strategies.
  • Collect and maintain accurate session and behavioural data.
  • Track progress and modify intervention strategies based on data and observations.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers and support carry-over of strategies at home.
  • Collaborate with Special Educators, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in case reviews and individualised intervention planning.
