Job summary

CRA is seeking a Strategic Associate to join the Founders Office and shape the trajectory of a fast-growing engineering company. You’ll work directly with the founder to tackle high-impact initiatives, build scalable systems, and turn data into actionable insight.

You’ll own transformation projects, develop metrics frameworks, and drive cross-functional solutions across departments while maintaining quality and pace.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years showing exceptional capability in consulting, startups, strategy, or other high‑performance environments.
• Track record of taking complete ownership of complex projects.
• Proven ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
• Experience building systems or processes that enable scale.
• Strong technical aptitude with tools like Excel, SQL, and presentation software.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
• MBAs are considered, but it is not a requirement.
• An Engineering background is a plus.
