About the role

• Identify and evaluate potential new markets, then advise leadership on whether NextGen CarbonShift should pursue expansion into them
• Design and build operational tracking systems that enable the team to monitor and manage business functions
• Prepare pitch materials for prospective partners and actively participate in partnership discussions
• Own projects end-to-end, apply sound judgment to ambiguous situations, and help shape key business choices

What you'll work on

• Market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
• Creating dashboards, spreadsheets and monitoring tools tailored to the team's needs
• Communicating the company's value proposition clearly to external stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration with founders and operational leadership
