Role Summary
Founder’s Office is for people who enjoy figuring things out from zero.
You may have tried building something of your own before. You may have always wanted to. Or you may simply know that you are not someone who wants to spend years waiting for the next designation before taking on bigger problems.
This role will work directly with the founders on high-priority growth problems, initially across:
You will pick up a problem, understand it deeply, build the playbook, test it on ground and take it far enough that it can become a repeatable business function.

RINGS & I is scaling fast.
Founders cannot personally figure out every new market, channel, partnership, activation or growth opportunity as the organisation expands.
We therefore need people who can think like founders without needing to be founders immediately.
People who can take an ambiguous problem and move it from:

What will you own?
You will take ownership of one high-priority growth area at a time and be expected to create measurable progress within approximately six months.
Assignments may include:
Brand & PR
Figure out how RINGS & I builds awareness, relevance and earned visibility as we enter new markets.
BTL & Local Growth
Build repeatable local-market activation playbooks that can generate awareness and qualified store visits.
Events & Partnerships
Identify, create and test event formats that can become scalable brand or customer-acquisition properties. Build partnerships with relevant brands, communities, organisations and ecosystems that can create meaningful customer access.
The objective is not merely to coordinate these activities.
The objective is to figure out what works, prove it, and build something the organisation can scale.
