Founder's Office / Chief of Staff (0→1 Operator)
Reporting to: Deepak Anchala, Founder & CEO
Company: Adopt AI
About Adopt
Adopt is building the agentic execution layer for enterprise software — turning any application (including legacy and non-API systems) into reliable, executable actions that AI agents can use to automate real business workflows end-to-end. We work with large enterprises to modernize operations without rewriting their systems.
We’re at an inflection point and are looking for a Founder’s Office / 0→1 Operator to help us build critical company functions from scratch and scale them.
The Role
This is a high-ownership, high-impact execution role working directly with the CEO on the most important priorities across go-to-market, operations, and company building.
You will take ambiguous, high-leverage problems from 0 → 1, build the first working version, systematize it, and then help transition it to a scaled team.
This is not a strategy or program management role. This is a builder-operator role.
What You’ll Do

As company priorities evolve, you will repeatedly:
Take ownership of the next most important unsolved problem, such as:
Go from:
3. Be the CEO’s Execution Arm
Work as an extension of the CEO:
Ensure the most important things actually get done, not just discussed
4. Build the Company’s Operating Muscle
Set up:
Drive:
Raise the bar on speed, ownership, and quality of execution across the company
