Dheya Career Mentors (I) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated interns to work directly with the Founder and leadership team on strategic, operational, and business-critical initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business strategy, AI tools, automation, and organizational growth. Interns will gain direct exposure to senior leadership, work on high-impact projects, and develop skills in strategy, operations, and business management during a 3-month internship with a INR 10,000 per month

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Understanding concepts quickly and taking initiative in a new environment is an added advantage.
