Ascendion is hiring a Cloud Solutions Engineer in Hyderabad to partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support AI-enabled cloud platforms. You will implement scalable solutions across production environments, aligning with security and governance requirements.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), scripting, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

Qualifications

• Cloud platforms expertise across Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Scripting automation using PowerShell.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration tech.
• CI/CD tooling and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshooting of infrastructure and apps.
• Windows and Linux administration.
• Networking fundamentals such as DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP.
• Identity and access management concepts.
• Git or GitHub and version control.
• Monitoring and logging capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with infrastructure, platform, product, architecture, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Design, develop, deploy, integrate, and support AI-enabled, cloud-based, and enterprise platform solutions across production environments, ensuring alignment with technical, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, automation platforms, APIs, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to automate manual processes, accelerate solution delivery, and build reusable operational capabilities.
• Lead implementation activities including solution onboarding, deployments, migrations, upgrades, production releases, and operational stabilization, ensuring successful adoption and supportability.
• Translate complex business and technical challenges into structured, scalable, and production-ready solutions through strong engineering expertise, problem-solving skills, and human-AI collaboration.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex deployment and production issues, performing root cause analysis and driving long-term corrective actions in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment runbooks, SOPs, implementation guides, and knowledge assets while promoting knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies, contributing reusable automation patterns, standardizing platform practices, and advancing organizational transformation through innovation and automation.
