Job summary

Ascendion in Bengaluru is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-enabled cloud platforms in production. You will partner with infrastructure, platform, product, architecture, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with infrastructure, platform, product, architecture, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Design, develop, deploy, integrate, and support AI-enabled, cloud-based, and enterprise platform solutions across production environments, ensuring alignment with technical, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools, automation platforms, APIs, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to automate manual processes, accelerate solution delivery, and build reusable operational capabilities.
Lead implementation activities including solution onboarding, deployments, migrations, upgrades, production releases, and operational stabilization, ensuring successful adoption and supportability.
Translate complex business and technical challenges into structured, scalable, and production-ready solutions through strong engineering expertise, problem-solving skills, and human-AI collaboration.
Serve as an escalation point for complex deployment and production issues, performing root cause analysis and driving long‑term corrective actions in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment runbooks, SOPs, implementation guides, and knowledge assets while promoting knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies, contributing reusable automation patterns, standardizing platform practices, and advancing organizational transformation through innovation and automation.
