Role

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) partners directly with customers to design, build, deploy, and configure technical solutions that integrate into customer workflows. The role combines software engineering, product thinking, and client-facing responsibilities to deliver working systems quickly in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand technical and business challenges
• Design and implement custom solutions using internal platforms or APIs
• Deploy and configure software in customer environments (cloud and on-premises)
• Build prototypes, dashboards, and data pipelines rapidly
• Translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready systems
• Debug and resolve issues in production under tight timelines
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve core platforms

Requirements

• Experience with APIs, databases, and system integration
