Job summary

Pronix Inc. seeks experienced engineers to deploy and productionize AI, CX and CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on across AWS Bedrock, Kore.ai Agent Platform, Salesforce Agentforce and major CCaaS platforms.

Responsibilities include designing and launching production-grade AI/CCaaS integrations with client teams, turning pilots into stable deployments, and contributing reusable deployment patterns for faster future engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering enterprise AI, CX or CCaaS implementations with hands-on experience in at least two platforms from the listed options.
• Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders in fast-moving deployment environments.
• Strong programming or platform-configuration skills (Python/TypeScript or low-code platform depth) and ability to work across US and India time zones.
