Job summary

VideoSDK is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Surat to work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver real-time communication solutions using VideoSDK. You will deploy and customize integrations, implement solutions, and provide hands-on support for customers during deployment.

The role requires strong technical foundations, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication for customer-facing engagements. Onsite work in Surat, Gujarat, with 1–3 years of experience emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Software Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ReactJS, APIs, WebRTC, WebSocket, and system design fundamentals.
• Experience with debugging, integration, and customer-facing technical discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deployment needs.
• Build, customize, and implement solutions using VideoSDK APIs and SDKs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support during implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve integrations and customer experience.
• Create technical documentation, proofs of concept, and implementation guides.
• Monitor deployments and ensure optimal performance and scalability.
