Fordham University is seeking an Undergraduate Writing Tutor for the Fordham Writing Center. The tutor will meet students for 45-minute appointments at the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center locations, offering feedback on writing processes from brainstorming to revision.
Reporting to the Writing Center director, the tutor will help develop campus-wide writing support initiatives, assist in workshops, and participate in staff meetings.

Reporting to Dr. Elisabeth Buck, Associate Professor of English and Director of Fordham’s Writing Center, undergraduate writing tutors assist students across campus via individual appointments at the Rose Hill and/or Lincoln Center Writing locations. Undergraduate writing tutors collaborate with students to provide feedback on all stages of the writing process, including brainstorming, revising, proofreading, and idea development.
This position is based at the Rose Hill Campus
