Job summary

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling production operation and monitoring criteria to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Lead the team and coordinate with officers, operators, and QA to maintain production targets.
• Follow and implement SOPs, GMP, HACCP and regulatory requirements in daily work.
• Monitor process parameters to sustain product safety and quality.
• Update and apply new process techniques to minimize wastage and rework.
• Train Supervisors and Operators on shop floor activities and safety.
• Coordinate with SAP users to ensure accurate production planning and accountability.
• Participate in production meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.

Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

Experience in handling production operation & monitoring criteria to ensure finished products meet company standards. Should be able to lead the team.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Officer's must known and follow Food Safety Standards, Quality standards, Policies, Procedures, & Processes that are designed & necessary to ensure Safe & Quality Food Products;

2. Follow Government Regulations & ISO Requirements

3. Produce the product to meet out the quality standards & specifications

4. Follow operational processes to compliance with procedures to include SOP, HACCP, GMP, & other regulatory pre-requisite programs, supporting company or customer FSQA programs plan

5. Produce the product as per the standard without deviation.

6. Update new Process/ Operation Techniques to minimize the wastage and reworks,

7. Adopting GMP, advance Technical tools to increase the productivity

8. Participate in the review of Production meeting.

9. Monitor & Control the process parameters to maintain the product safety and standard.

10. Conduct training to Supervisors / Operators & CL Based on General Awareness of Shop Floor activities.

Key Interaction

Internal:

• Technical officers Issuing of production plan and coordinating the team for smooth production
• Operators & Assistants, - To Assign and Monitor the staffs for Production Targets.
• Quality - Coordinate with quality departments to produce quality product.
• SAP USER- To coordinate with SAP team to make precise accountability.

External

Audits, ISO 22000-2005/Halal / EIA, Govt. Bodies Regulatory Authority and Institutional Customer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Educational qualification: BE / B.Tech

2. Fresher or Minimum 1 year experience in Food and Dairy Industry/Technology.

Knowledge:

1.Thorough knowledge in operating skills, problem solving & lead the team, basic knowledge on Machine safety and personnel safety on job.

2.Production planning, Man power allocation and optimum utilization of machine with output.

3.Basic knowledge of Dairy Technology is essential. Root Cause Analysis for corrective action.
