Job summary

Hilton in Bengaluru is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to deliver warm and attentive service across dining outlets. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and support outlet readiness.

You will help create memorable guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and work with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service while upholding health and safety guidelines. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service preferred.
• Passion for delivering friendly, attentive guest service.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and attentive service: Welcome guests, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Create memorable guest experiences: Build positive relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain service excellence: Follow Hilton's service standards and ensure food and beverages are presented and delivered to the highest quality.
• Support smooth outlet operations: Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and preparing the outlet before, during, and after service.
• Work effectively as a team: Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Promote menu items and special offers where appropriate, process orders accurately, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Develop your skills: Participate in training and continuously build your knowledge of menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.
