• Deliver warm and attentive service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Create memorable guest experiences: Build positive relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain service excellence: Follow Hilton's service standards and ensure food and beverages are presented and delivered to the highest quality.
• Support smooth outlet operations: Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and preparing the outlet before, during, and after service.
• Work effectively as a team: Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support revenue and efficiency: Promote menu items and special offers where appropriate, process orders accurately, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety procedures.
• Develop your skills: Participate in training and continuously build your knowledge of menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.
