Job summary

Ig3 Infra in Chennai seeks an experienced Food Business Manager / Operations Manager F&B to oversee multiple restaurants, kiosks and food outlets. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, uphold quality, safety and hygiene standards, and manage manpower and costs across all sites.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in multi-outlet food operations, strong leadership and excellent communication. Travel across Chennai outlets is required; male candidate preference is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Food Technology or Business Administration or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in multi-outlet food operations or restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership, people skills and understanding of F&B operations.
• Good communication, customer service focus and cost control abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Chennai outlets.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:To oversee and manage the operations of multiple food outlets, restaurants, and kiosks within Chennai, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, adherence to food quality and hygiene standards, manpower efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
