Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee hotel outlets and ensure profitable operation in line with Hyatt standards. You will lead the F&B team, coordinate with culinary, service and sales to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a senior restaurant management role, strong operational and interpersonal skills; banqueting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills; banqueting experience is an asset.

• Ensure efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
