Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Bengaluru seeks an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager to lead daily hotel restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Hyatt's standards. You will drive service quality, manage staffing, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless dining experiences.

Ideally, you hold a degree/diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management and have at least two years of experience in a hotel or large restaurant with strong standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
