Qualifications

• Ideally a university degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Cost Control, Beverage Operations, Stores, Purchasing, or Food & Beverage administration within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage inventory management, stock control procedures, beverage costing, and financial analysis.
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with the hotel's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Beverage Controller is responsible for controlling and monitoring all beverage inventories, costs, purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuance activities within the Food & Beverage Division. The role ensures proper stock management, minimizes losses, supports profitability objectives, and maintains compliance with financial and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
