Job summary

Accor in India is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations in the Food & Beverage department, ensuring beverages are prepared to standard recipes with top quality. You will lead a small team and uphold service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires a hospitality qualification and at least two years’ experience in a similar position, with a focus on guest satisfaction, complaint handling and collaboration with management to optimize performance.

• Qualification in hospitality related discipline.
• Minimum of 2year’s experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.
• Ability to enhance organizational performance.

• Ensure that the beverages prepared and served in the assigned area are according to standard recipes and with excellent quality.
