Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional Food & Beverage service to guests at the hotel. The role focuses on professional, courteous and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ideally, applicants have hospitality or tourism management training and at least 2 years in hotel operations, with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
