The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the jewellery showroom, office premises, customer areas, and staff facilities. The role ensures a neat, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees while supporting the premium ambiance and presentation standards of the jewellery showroom. The position plays an important role in enhancing customer experience through high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain showroom floors, display areas, entrances, cabins, counters, mirrors, and customer seating areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of glass showcases, doors, windows, and showroom interiors.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
• Perform regular dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitization activities.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and garbage as per hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for customers at all times.
• Ensure refreshments and customer service areas are neat and organized.
• Arrange magazines, brochures, and customer seating areas properly.
• Support showroom staff during customer rush periods when required.
