Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks a seasoned FlexPLM Solution Architect to lead the design, development and implementation of FlexPLM solutions for large fashion and retail clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, craft architecture blueprints, oversee configuration and data migration, ensure performance and scalability, provide technical leadership to delivery teams, and stay current with FlexPLM features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a FlexPLM Solution Architect or similar role in PLM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of FlexPLM modules, architecture, integration and data migration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts, retail domain and best practices.
• Experience with configuring and customizing FlexPLM solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and programming languages (e.g., Java, XML, PTC Windchill).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
• Certifications related to PLM, FlexPLM, or solution architecture are highly desirable.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FlexPLM implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest FlexPLM features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximize the utilization of FlexPLM solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of FlexPLM solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FlexPLM processes.
