Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional with 7–12 years of IT experience and 3–5 years in FlexPLM/Windchill data migration. The role requires strong skills in SQL and Oracle Database, data mapping, transformation, and validation, plus bulk data loading and migration tools.

You will define end-to-end architecture for FlexPLM implementations, guide technical design discussions, and lead governance across PLM data migration initiatives for Retail / Apparel domains.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in FlexPLM/Windchill data migration.
• SQL / Oracle Database proficiency.
• Data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Bulk data loading and migration tools.
• Retail / Apparel / Footwear / Consumer Goods domain experience preferred.
• PTC FlexPLM and Windchill knowledge and architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for FlexPLM implementations and transformations.
• Design scalable solutions covering Product Lifecycle Management and Product Development & Sourcing.
• Lead solution blueprinting, estimation, and technical design discussions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide FlexPLM & Technical Leadership; oversee Windchill architecture.
• Guide teams on customization frameworks, data model extensions, workflow and rule design.
• Define coding standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
